X-ray of the tooth
To ensure the highest level of diagnostics and comfort of our patients, Exceldent clinic is equipped with a modern digital X-ray laboratory:
- RVG Sirona Heliodent Plus and Xios Plus (radiovisiography, X-ray spot) with a minimized radiation dose, which allows us to make multiple images without any risk to the patient this including children,
- panoramic radiograph Sirona ORTHOPHOS XG3D performing ready made panoramic images. It combines the features which reduce the radiation dose to the patient and provide high image quality. It allows you to adjust the exposure time to the expected quality – from pictorial imagery into accurate diagnostic images. In the children’s mode, a reduced range of imaging and the lower dose for the little patient. Digital image capture and processing help ensure the lowest level of radiation.
If the patient wishes the RTG image can be printed on photographic paper in high resolution and on a CD, or it can also be sent with e-mail to the desired address.
It is worth emphasizing, that the X-ray is the best diagnostic method in today’s dentistry.
